Therapy Services
Family Partners LLC offers Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. Each adult or child is evaluated and assessed on what their individual needs are. Our therapists work closely with the family and other team members while providing treatment. All therapy will take place in the adult's or child’s home or in the community.
Caregivers are encouraged to participate in home visits and learn how to support each individual's potential in all areas of development. The team will work together to develop fine and gross motor skills, communication, and sensory integration. We also provide home activities and exercises to foster emerging skills.
Our goal is to help the individual reach his or her highest level of independence in everyday life.
