DEPOSITS:
50% of scheduled rate deposit required for all reservations or 3 day minimum (whichever is greater).
CANCELLATION:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee per RV site, if your written cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation requests made within 30 days of your arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. If you arrive later than the scheduled arrival date or if you must leave before the scheduled departure date, the entire reserved period will be charged.
Guests, daily and weekly rates are subject to a county bed tax (Transient Occupancy Tax) of nine percent (9%). Customers who stay thirty-one (31) days or longer are not subject to this tax.
We are a Pet Friendly resort, your pet is welcome at Big Springs Resort, but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
Only two pets are permitted per RV site. The charge for each pet is $5 per day.
