When coming to your mortgage loan appointment, you may be asked to bring the following documents:  last two years W-2’s; current pay stubs over a one month period; complete 90 day history (statements) of your checking, savings, 401k, and other investments; account numbers and balances for all debt;  if self-employed, in addition to the above, you may want to bring your last 3 years of tax returns including all schedules and a current YTD profit and loss statement for your business.
