Get Fit Fast with JoAnn
Bootcamp with JoAnn is highly motivating and inspiring.  She pushes her clients to reach their potential. This camp meets for 30 min on Wednesday at 5:30 AM. They focus on weights, plyometrics, and cardio. JoAnn knows how to push you and make fitness fun.

Alpha Beast with Melissa
Alpha Beast is 30 minutes packed with High Energy, High Intensity, and full of inspiration. Choose 2 or 3 evenings a week and Melissa will push you to your limits. She will hold you accountable and motivate you on all levels. You can look forward to increasing your fitness level and be inspired throughout your workout.

Tabata Bootcamp with Jenny
This camp is accessible to all fitness levels. We meet M/W/F at 6 am or Tues/Thurs at 8:45 am for 30-minute training. Jen will motivate, inspire, and modify according to each participant. You will be challenged to set a goal outside of camp that will build a healthy lifestyle. You will increase endurance, and strength regardless of your current fitness level.
