Defy Therapy and Wellness provides Physical and Occupational Therapy services to reduce the risk of surgery, decrease pain, and improve mobility and energy. We also provide wellness sessions for overall fitness improvement in addition to postural assessment and improvement.
All treatment sessions are one-on-one with our therapists. We do not double or triple book clients. No time? We offer concierge visits to your home/office for your convenience.
Still unsure? Perhaps in the past, youve had a bad experience or someone told you nothing will help. We understand that some people may be unsure if therapy is right for them this is why we offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or in-person consultation with a Defy Therapist.
