SRTC offers scholarships each semester for qualifying students who successfully complete the scholarship application process. Scholarship applications include general information, a minimum of two letters of recommendation (current students must request at least one letter from an SRTC faculty member), an unofficial copy of your transcripts, and a minimum 250-word essay. All applications are completed online.

Summer 2018 scholarships are open! Summer 2018 scholarship applications are due by April 13, 2018. Apply online at southernregional.awardspring.com or view the scholarship application instructions.

If you need help uploading your transcripts to your scholarship application, please follow these instructions.

General Scholarship Guidelines offer a further explanation to some of the criteria in SRTC Foundation scholarship policies.

Incomplete scholarship applications will not be reviewed. The Office of Institutional Advancement is not responsible for notifying students of incomplete applications.

Merit-Based scholarships are evaluated based on grades (transcripts), letter(s) of recommendation, and essays. Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on availability. Applications for these scholarships are accepted the semester before they are awarded.

Be sure you have completed a FAFSA. Completion of a FAFSA is required for all SRTC Foundation applications. For assistance, please see the Office of Financial Aid.

If you have any questions about scholarships or the application process, please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at 229-227-2415 or the Office of Financial Aid at 229-225-5036.
