Service Providers
Our WIOA Service Providers are sub-recipients who receive WIOA funds to deliver employment and training services to eligible participants in the community.  To become a WIOA Service Provider, community based organizations, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, and/or for-profit companies must participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) competitive bid process and receive approval from the Programs Committee and the Board.

Community Partners
Our Community Partners are Community Based Organizations that bring their own resources to the system and work with our WIOA Service Providers to provide additional wrap-around resources to participants in the WIOA program.  Our Community Partners provide services such as financial literacy, dress for success, ex-offender job club, workshops and much more!

Training Partners
Our Training Partners are institutions of training who receive WIOA funds from our Service Providers to provide training to WIOA participants. Once approved by Workforce Connections and Nevada’s Department of Employment Training and Rehabilitation (DETR), the training provider is placed on the state’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
