Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year!
It is wonderful to begin another school year in the Worth County School System. The faculty and staff of Worth County Middle School invite you to share in the many exciting and rewarding opportunities awaiting your child this year.
At WCMS, we will continue to provide your child with a quality education. We will accomplish this by: providing a rigorous curriculum that focuses on improving the quality of student learning through standards based instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Parents and guardians, you are our partners that help us provide the best educational opportunities for every student at Worth County Middle School. We are counting on you to become an active member of our learning community. Please know that you are welcome at Worth County Middle School and our doors are always open to you. We encourage you to participate fully in helping make your childs school experience rich and meaningful.
Homeroom begins daily at 8:00 AM. We offer additional morning instruction beginning at 7:30 AM if your child is struggling in any academic area. Please make every attempt to ensure that you child is at school on time and ready to learn daily.
