PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Hello!  My name is Tonya Singletary.  I am your Parent Engagement Coordinator here at Worth County Primary School.  My office is open from 8:15 until 3:00 Monday through Friday.  I am here to help you in several ways. 

 -If you have a child who is struggling with some academic skills, I can help by getting you some items together to use at home. 

 -If you have questions or concerns about WCPS, you can talk to me to get answers or to get pointed in the right direction.  Please know that if I don't have the answer, I will be glad to find the answer. 
 
My goal is to keep all of our WCPS families informed and involved.  Each month families receive a newsletter that is packed full of information about our school as well as other helpful information.  I try to make weekly changes to our front sign so that families know about upcoming dates and events.  This year the schools One Call Now system has allowed me to get many messages out to multiple families at a time by phone.  The newest addition this year has been the use of our school email system to reach parents who have signed up for email notices.  I hope at least one or more of these ways are helping keep you aware of all that is going on at WCPS.
