About Horizon Credit Union
Welcome to Horizon Credit Union
The Horizon Credit Union was chartered in July of 1954 by Missouri Department of Transportation employees and Missouri State Highway Patrol employees. The two groups came together to form a credit union that would provide themselves and their coworkers a place to save and borrow money.
Members must reside or work in Adair, Chariton, Knox, Linn, Macon, Monroe, Randolph, Shelby or Sullivan Counties in the state of Missouri or be an immediate family member of a current member. Immediate family is defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin or legal guardian. Also included are step, in-law and legally adoptive relationships.
