TIGHT was originated for men and women who are already in good physical condition, looking to raise the bar, and interested in hardcore fitness.

TIGHT is also equipped for men and women who are entering a branch of service, the Special Forces/Special Operations, Agents, SWAT Teams, Fire, Police, as well as athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

Even though it is designed for individuals who are already in good physical condition, an individual with less experience can also begin a program.

TIGHT is designed to heighten one's awareness of self-imposed limitations and overcome them.

TIGHT develops power, strength, agility, coordination, the flexibility of both mind and body, character, endurance, stamina, and a sense of well-being that builds self-confidence and self-esteem.

TIGHT has programs for all fitness levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. These programs are aligned with athletes who like to train at a gym, as well as, bikini, figure, physique, and bodybuilding competitors, and those who like to stick to a more traditional style training.

TIGHT offers sport-specific programs for both youth and adult.
