The lower Colorado river is moving flat-water, not whitewater, and it is perfect for beginners or seasoned paddlers alike. Day trips in Black Canyon sometimes leave folks wishing for more time to explore. On our 2-day tour of Black Canyon, you will have plenty of time to roam free. You'll hike and scramble over large boulders, making your way through narrow slot canyons to hidden geothermal pools.

Spend hours relaxing and soaking in the natural hot tubs. Paddle into rain caves, and take time to study ancient rock art left by the Mohave tribes who inhabited the area. Many sorts of wildlife live in the area. You may see Desert Big Horn sheep, bald eagles, coyotes, red-tail hawks, and turkey vultures.
