Fitness

The MAC offers an extensive array of group fitness classes that are fun, motivational and yield results, including CrossFit, Pilates, yoga, spinning, and kickboxing. 

Some classes focus on a particular area, while hybrid classes incorporate a variety of exercise techniques, such as:

  • weight training, lifting, and kettlebells
