Sellers' Checklist
- Set up a closing date and time with your Real Estate Agent.
- Complete home inspection items and repairs per sales contract contingencies.
- Transfer all utilities out of your name prior to the walk-through inspection.
- Things to bring to the settlement:
- A valid government-issued photo identification (i.e Driver's license, military ID, or Passport)
- Proof of your current address
- All keys/garage door controls
- A voided check if you choose to have your proceeds wired (if applicable)
