Financial Aid Forms Submission
Submitting financial aid office forms can be done by postal mail or in person ONLY. Students are required to print all financial aid office forms from the Citrus College website. The forms may be accessed under the Financial Aid Forms link on the navigation column. All forms must be filled out completely and signed before they are submitted to the office. Failure to do so will cause a delay in completing the student's financial aid file.
