Our controlled-access memory care neighborhood offers the highest levels of care in the community. We are proud to participate in Dimensions, a unique relationship based, person-centered dementia care program. Along with innovative training, a focus on engagement and a calm environment, Dimensions provides a team of occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists who work with our memory care residents to develop goals that align with their level of cognition. This helps residents to better navigate their environment and gives them a higher comfort level to participate in activities with the maximum amount of independence.

In addition, Vintage Hills  memory care neighborhood is designed to lessen the anxiety of those who are living with memory loss. Specifically created to accommodate those who wander or become easily disoriented, Vintage Hills provides, private apartments, controlled-access entry, and spacious community rooms.

Caregivers in our memory care are specially trained to focus on keeping residents in touch with experiences that are integral to their identities. Our caregivers don’t just provide all the assistance residents need, they’re trained to bring joy and a sense of family to each and every moment.
