When not working, my husband and I spend much of our free time attending kids' activities or I often attend volunteer meetings and events. Over the years our children have enjoyed various sports including such as track, cross country, golf, and basketball. It is surprising how many real estate conversations can occur in the stands or while volunteering! I enjoy volunteering for school and community groups. This a good way for me to give back and have fun doing it, whether it means volunteering at an Athletic Event, raising funds for children in need, assisting with the YMCA Annual campaign or helping coordinate details for Operation Christmas which provides over 550 vouchers for kids' Christmas gifts.
I enjoy using my marketing and retail background to help stage your home. I take pride in ensuring my clients' homes standout among the competition. I have some staging items you are welcome to use. I offer layout, color and condition suggestions all as part of my service as your listing agent. I can also assist with coordinating repairs that may need to be done. I know reputable contractors who I am happy to connect you with if needed. Many of my past clients were pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get their home sold. In a few cases, we were even able to sell a home before it went on the market. It takes some "thinking outside the box", but I enjoy the challenge.
