All young women who complete their program at Forest Ridge participate in Comprehensive Sexuality Education group during their stay.
This group includes information on:
- Human Anatomy
- Life Behaviors of a Sexually Healthy Adult
- Information on the Range of Attitudes and Behaviors that Human Sexuality encompasses
- Identification of the Developmental Stages of Sexuality in the Lifespan
- Information on Contraceptive Options and Pregnancy
- Sexually Transmitted Infections, including HIV
- Information on Decision Making Steps related to Sexual Activity
- Community Resources for Sexuality Health and Support
