Women's Legacy Fund Grants
Local non-profits with a mission to support women and/or children are invited to submit grant proposals to The Women’s Legacy Fund of the Montgomery County Community Foundation. The Women’s Legacy Fund is accepting grants now through Friday, March 9th.
Interested non-profit organizations may submit a grant application for a project that will serve women and children in Montgomery County. It is anticipated that organizations receiving a grant will use it in the one-year period from June 2018 to May 2019.
The grant application form with required appendices should be completed online by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018. The organizations selected as finalists will need to be prepared to make an in-person presentation to the Women’s Legacy Fund full membership at 6:30 pm, April 30, at the Montgomery County Community Foundation.
Awards will be made by the end of May and recipient organizations should be prepared to implement the proposal soon after the award is made. Grant recipients will be expected to provide a program update on December 4, 2018, at the Women’s Legacy Fund annual meeting. A final narrative, including a financial report, must be submitted by May 30, 2019.
To begin an application, go to the How to Apply page under Grants. The link is listed at the bottom of the page under Resources.
