WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)
WIC is a special supplemental food program that provides nutrition support, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other agencies. To apply for WIC one must be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a child under the age of 5.
Early Head Start
A home-based program serving low-income infants, toddlers, pregnant women, and their families.
A child and family development, a center-based program for low-income preschoolers (ages 3-5) and their families. Children receive high-quality early education, preventative health, and nutrition services.
Transferring A Little Knowledge Systematically (TALKS) Mentoring
The purpose of TALKS (Transferring A Little Knowledge Systematically) Mentoring is to promote instructive interaction between adults and young people.
The Fountain/Warren Tobacco Prevention & Cessation Program works with school corporations, employers, healthcare providers, local and state government, and community organizations to; reduce youth smoking rates, reduce exposure to secondhand smoke, reduce adult smoking rates, and maintain an infrastructure necessary to reduce tobacco use in the community.
