La Frontera / Impact-SPC’s Adult Program provides behavioral health services to community members ages 18 years and up. Master’s level clinicians provide counseling services, case management, and medical services for general mental health, substance abuse, and serious mental illness (SMI). Our outpatient program includes individual, couples, family and group counseling.
Substance abuse recovery services include Intensive Outpatient and Standard Outpatient substance abuse groups, and ongoing recovery support groups. We also offer many supportive services designed to manage depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and stress.
The Adult Trauma Program offers individual and group therapy aimed at restoring full functioning in life and reducing the daily impact of past experiences. Trauma-educated clinicians and staff work with you to achieve your goals around healing. We also offer a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy program and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Adult out-patient services are provided at our Tempe, Glendale, City of Maricopa, Apache Junction, and San Tan Valley locations. Services for SMI members are offered at our central Phoenix location.
