The Glendale Community College Public Safety department publishes annual reports that disclose relevant information about campus security policies and crime statistics.
Cost of Attendance
The Net Price Calculator is a tool designed to help students estimate the annual cost to attend a Maricopa Community Colleges. This broad estimate is based on the cost of attendance and the financial aid that was provided to full-time, first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students in 2009-10. Actual net price can vary significantly based on student eligibility and does not represent an actual award. Submission of the FAFSA is the only way to obtain a true and accurate determination of eligibility.
Diversity of Enrollment
In the Fall of 2016, enrollment of all full-time undergraduate students in credit programs was 6,288. Of these 50% were female and 50% were male. 2% were American Indian/Alaska Native, 5% were Asian/Pacific Islander, 6% were Black, 37% were Hispanic, 40% were White, 3% were Two or More Races, and 2% were Non-Resident Alien.
A diversity of Pell Recipients
Federal Pell Grant recipients comprised 49% of the full-time enrolled students in the Fall of 2016. Of these, 55% were female and 45% were male. 63% of the Pell recipients identified themselves as members of a racial or ethnic minority.
Retention Rates
66% of the first-time, full-time undergraduate students who enrolled in the Fall of 2015 returned in the Fall of 2016. The part-time student retention rate was 45%.
Graduation and Transfer Rates
The 3-year graduation rate for full-time students entering in Fall 2013 was 17%. The 3-year transfer-out rate was 28%.
Out of State Enrollment in Online Programs
Glendale Community College is currently not authorized to deliver online classes to students who reside in a state other than Arizona per 34 CFR Part 600.9 - Institutional Eligibility under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
