Carpenter Management Company, Inc. is dedicated to the fulfillment of rural multi-family housing by providing professional apartment management. We own and/or manage all types of affordable housing with a strong emphasis on the very low, low and moderate-income families, the elderly and people with disabilities. Many of our units are involved in the Rural Development 515, HUD Section 8, and Tax credit programs. We were founding members of the Rural Rental Housing Association of
Illinois and continue to be active in that organization today.
Our staff works hard to ensure proper maintenance of the physical premises, thorough applicant screening techniques, including criminal background checks, timely and accurate certifications and recertifications, effective supervision and coordination with on-site staff and service vendors, and the ability to build a community atmosphere for our residents.
