*A Before-School program was established in 2010. Parents drop off students at Bataan at 7am where they can eat their snack, or get food from the breakfast program. They have time to work on homework or socialize with other students. If there is a school delay, the participants remain at the program until 10:45am—when school begins. A fee of $10.00 will be assessed for the extra 2 hour child-care service. If school is cancelled, the students must be picked up by 10:45am.
