Hannah Rothlin, Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer will be offering two strength training classes specifically designed for older adults. Each 50 minute class include cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching. Since the class is limited to six participants, each individual will have their own exercise program designed to their needs. Classes begin the week of January 9th and run for four week cycles. One class will meet on T & Th from 10-10:50am and the other class will meet on M & W from 2-2:50pm. The cost is $60.00 for four weeks (8 classes). Call or click below now to reserve your space.
