There still wasn't electricity at Good Samaritan Society Florida Lutheran in DeLand, Florida, when administrators opened their doors following Hurricane Irma on Sept. 11, 2017. Bill Boglin was among the residents of Good Samaritan Society Kissimmee Village who moved to Florida Lutheran when their homes were flooded. Bill will stay in DeLand until his Kissimmee apartment is restored.
