A Library Representative will be on site 30 minutes prior to the rental period and return 30 minutes before the end ofthe rental period to conduct a walk-through with the renter to ensure the facility has been properly maintained andcleaned. A check-list will be provided at check-in and used again at check-out.An inspection of the facility will be made during daylight hours prior to refunding Cleaning and Damage Charges. If allrental requirements are met and the area is left clean and undamaged, the Cleaning and Damage Deposit will berefunded.In the event of damage and/or additional cleaning requirements, a deduction will be made to the Cleaning and Damagedeposit. The remaining balance will be returned with an explanation of deductions. If the fees exceed the amount ofthe deposit an invoice will be sent. Payment is expected in full upon receipt of the invoice.The Boulder City Library Amphitheater is an alcohol-free facility.Glass containers are not allowed in the Amphitheater area.Tents which require posts/stakes for anchoring may not be erected in the area.The Boulder City Library is not responsible for the security of any decorations, furnishings, equipment, etc., leftunattended on the premises. The delivery and removal of equipment, chairs, tables, etc. is the responsibility of theRenter.Equipment, decorations, furniture, etc., must be removed immediately after the event by the client or theirrepresentative. Clean up and removal of equipment which extends beyond the original rental period may be subject toadditional fees.
