Family
Begun by the family, and still run by the family, Casa Ramos began after Marco Ramos came to Seattle, Washington from Mexico City to work for his cousin Pepe Ramos and Pepe's brothers in their family restaurant. Marco started as a dishwasher and quickly learned the challenging trade of owning and operating a successful restaurant business.
