At what temperature should Wine and Beer be served? On average, for best results, Wine must be served at the following temperatures: Red Wine: 62° F (17° C) White Wine: 53° F (12° C) Rose Wine: 51° F (11° C) Sparkling Wine: 48° F (9° C) Slight variations of less than +/-10% are acceptable. For Beers: Very cold (0-4C/32-39F): Any beer you don't actually want to taste.
