When an outage does occur, we often have hundreds or even thousands of customers calling in simultaneously to report outages. Obviously, we simply do not have the manpower to handle all these calls at once. So, in order to better serve you, we maintain what is known as an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). Our IVR has the ability to handle thousands of calls and gives us accurate information to better pinpoint your outage. Just to the right is a quick and efficient way to report your outage.
