Supported Living Services provide training and assistance in a variety of activities to support individuals who live in their own homes or apartments. The Supported Living Coach provides the training to help the person develop the skills related to many of the activities of daily living such as household chores, meal preparation, shopping, personal finances and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable individuals to reside on their own. The Supported Living Coach also ensures that the individuals medical and health needs are met.
