Events @ Rancho Cordova City Hall is the latest resource for residents, businesses, and communities to meet, greet, and gather. With over 10,000 square feet of rentable space, state-of-the-art technology, and a responsive community room staff, City Hall is perfectly suited for your needs.

The largest room, the American River Room, can seat up to 230 people theater-style, and up to 140 people banquet-style. The Community Board Room holds a beautiful 21-foot marble table that seats 16. The intimate Coloma Room and the grand East Lobby itself are also available for rent. There is also a large catering kitchen connected to the American River Room, complete with a commercial refrigerator, warming oven, ice maker, and rentable popcorn maker! We have many amenities to offer, including tables and chairs, flip charts, white boards, easels and a stage.
