Hospice Care

We understand that caring for a loved one at this stage can be overwhelming. Our Hospice Assistance program is designed to provide critical care services for your loved one while alleviating some of the stress and strain on the immediate family. Hospice Assistance services are designed to ease the burden of those suffering from chronic illness or preparing for “end of life.”

Our Hospice Assistance services are provided by caregivers who understand the physical, social and emotional needs of associated with an end of life care. Our caregivers are trained to partner with the hospice agency of your choosing. We will work in tandem with hospice services, picking up where hospice and medical services end.

Our goal is to cultivate a warm, peaceful and familial environment to support the time and the space shared by your loved one and her family and friends. Our caregivers are trained to partner with the hospice agency of your choosing. The presence of a caring and skilled caregiver means that the needs of your loved one will be fully served as well as the family members need for times of respite during this uniquely challenging time.
