Traffic School

YOU MUST APPEAR at the American Fork District Court, 75 East 80 North, Suite 202, American Fork, Utah, within 20 days from the date you were ticketed and pay the plea in abeyance (PIA) fee (equal to the ticket fine) and sign the agreement.

You will receive an Authorization Code from the court when you pay and sign your plea in abeyance.

Note:  If you do not sign your plea in abeyance agreement and pay the associated fee prior to taking Traffic School, your case will not be dismissed and a record of your conviction will be sent to the Driver License Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
